BidCycle is a quoting, invoicing, and business management platform for contractors and trade professionals. It is operated by Velocity Mission Services, LLC dba BidCycle, a Texas limited liability company.

We collect the following categories of information when you use BidCycle:
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any other profile information you provide.
Business data: Quote and invoice content you create in BidCycle, including line items, pricing, client names and contact information, project descriptions, and related business documents. This data belongs to you.
Billing information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. BidCycle does not store your full credit card number or payment credentials. We retain billing records such as subscription status, plan type, and transaction history.
Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken (such as quotes created or invoices sent). This helps us improve the product.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and similar technical identifiers collected automatically when you access the platform.
Communications: If you contact us for support or inquiries, we retain those communications.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your business data (quotes, invoices, client information) for advertising or marketing purposes.
BidCycle integrates with the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data:
Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and business data are stored in Supabase's managed Postgres database. Supabase Privacy Policy

Resend — Transactional email delivery. Emails sent from BidCycle (quote delivery, client approval links, invoice notifications) are delivered via Resend. Resend Privacy Policy
Intuit QuickBooks Online — For subscribers who choose to connect their QuickBooks Online account, BidCycle may access and transmit invoice data to QuickBooks on your behalf. This integration is optional and requires your explicit authorization via Intuit's OAuth flow. BidCycle stores your QuickBooks OAuth access tokens securely in Supabase to enable this integration. BidCycle only accesses QuickBooks data that you explicitly authorize, and only for the purpose of syncing invoices you create in BidCycle. Intuit Privacy Statement
Netlify — Platform hosting and deployment. BidCycle is hosted on Netlify's infrastructure. Netlify Privacy Policy
When you send a quote or invoice to a client through BidCycle, that client receives a link to view the document. BidCycle does not create an account for your client or collect their personal information beyond what you enter (name, email, address). Client data you enter is stored in your BidCycle account and is not used by us for any purpose other than delivering the document you requested.
We retain your account data and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days of your written request to contracts@v-mission.com, except where we are required to retain records for legal or financial compliance purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security policies in our database, and secure token storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take your data protection seriously and work to minimize risk.

BidCycle uses session cookies required for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral retargeting technologies.
BidCycle is a business tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at contracts@v-mission.com and we will promptly delete the account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of BidCycle after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
